Standing proudly with the Audi line-up at the Geneva Motor Show was the bigger brother of the A4 Allroad. The Audi A6 follows the design cues of the Audi family with humungous and tough appeal and moulds it into the Avant version of all-new A6.
With increased ride height of about 2.5-inches, pronounced wheel arches and bumper line, contour fender linings and roof rails running to towards the end of C-Pillar, the Audi A6 Allroad features a sporty and aggressive appeal.
Under the hood, Audi offers a petrol and diesel option. For diesel variant, there is choice of powerplant ranging from 204 hp/221 lb-ft torque to 313 hp/479 lb-ft torque. For petrol variant, there is a supercharged 3.0-litre V6 borrowed from the S4, which pumps about 310 hp and 324 lb-ft torque. Mated to the motor is a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Dubbed as Allroad, the A6 rolls on all-wheel drive.
