Pricing of the new Ford EcoSport has been announced. Price of the SUV ranges from Rs.7.69 lakhs to Rs.11.33 lakhs. Price of the new car is lower compared to the old EcoSport and price decrease ranges from Rs.14,000 is the base variant to Rs.57,000 in the top end diesel MT S variant.
But this does not mean that the price drop has taken place throughout the variant ranges. In fact in certain variants the price has gone up.
The Ecosport would be launched in 13 different variants and five trim levels. The car would be launched in both petrol and diesel versions. Once launched the car would have to fight for market share with the likes of Mahindra XUV 300 and recently launched Hyundai Venue.
