Honda has entered the 400cc segment with the unveiling of its Honda CBR400R. The bike looks like the updated CBR500R which was unveiled last year at the EICMA. It also borrows the 500R’s color schemes.
The bike features all LED lighting and a new riding position. Powering the CBR400R is a 46HP 399cc, liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine. Suspension duties are performed by a telescopic fork and monoshock.
The bikes gets a single disc brake both at the front and at the rear. In Japan, the CBR400R would be available in three different color schemes – Grand Prix Red, Matte Axis Gray Metallic and Pearl Glare White and has been priced at 7,93,800 Japanese Yen, which comes to about Rs.5.20 lakhs.
