Lexus has unveiled its first ever MPV the Lexus LM 300h at the ongoing Shanghai Motor Show. The car would soon be available in the Chinese market in two variants – LM 350 and the LM 300h. Design wise, the Lexus LM certainly has that premium feel to it like all Lexus cars.
The car has box like body with brand’s signature spindle grille up front. The grille, on either side, is surrounded by LED headlights. Chrome is used generously on the front grille, the headlights and the L-shaped fog lamp housings. Chrome strip can also be seen on the sides, around the window and on the side skirts.
On the inside, the car gets individual, reclining and ventilated seats separated by touchscreen control panels in the middle in its top spec variants, 26-inch display, a refrigerator and an umbrella storage area for rear seats passengers.
When it comes to engines, the LM 350 would get a 3.5-litre petrol unit mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, while the LM 300h would come with a 2.5- liter petrol mill mated to a e-CVT gearbox.
