Maruti Suzuki has launched the new Wagon R CNG in India starting at a price of Rs.4.84 lakhs. The new Wagon R was launched in January of this year and at the time of the launch it was declared that the car would soon get a CNG variant.
The new Wagon R CNG would be available in two variants – LXI and LXi (O). The LXi variant comes at Rs.4.84 lakhs while the LXi (O) version would come in at Rs.4.89 lakhs.
Features of the CNG variants include front power windows, central locking, a 12-volts socket, manual air conditioning, 13-inch steel wheels, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensor, driver’s side airbag, a speed alert system and a seat belt reminder. The engine of the Wagon R CNG is a 68HP 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol unit which comes mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
