Recently unveiled the Stile twice, Ashok Leyland seems to have high hopes on their upcoming MPV, as what it can be considered from the statements given by officials of the automaker.
When interviewed by our friends at IndianAutosBlog, Dr. V Sumantran, Vice Chairman of Ashok Leyland said, “The Stile will be launched closer to the festive season,” which hopefully means the event maybe scheduled near the month of ‘October’ or nearby days.
No doubt that many of the new cars are going to conclude their fresh innings from that month itself, there will be Stile too working hard to maneuver its place in the heavily loaded lot of new bugs.
Being based on Nissan Evalia, Ashok Leyland Stile also possesses similar ergonomics to it, on inside as well as outside. So hopefully, when the question lauded to Dr. V Sumantran about the pricing similarities between Evalia and Stile he responded, it will be announced at the time of launch only. Meanwhile, the organizations will work on the strategy that could be applied here with this model plate regarding the same context.
It was also learnt, the supplier of Evalia will be shared with Stile too.
Making it clear in the initial stage, Stile will cater the transportation purposes, i.e. like in the fleet of taxis, BPO and call center pickup and drop vehicles, shuttle services and hotel limousines.
