A motorcycle from Aston Martin? Wouldn’t that be cool? That’s something soon going to happen with Aston Martin partnering with Brough Superior to launch their first bike. The bike that these two will be making will be unveiled at the EICMA 2019 on November 5th.
Brough Superior was established in 1919 and produced bikes till 1940. During this time their bikes became highly sought after, especially by rich people and created a niche of its own.
But production stopped since 1940 and the company was bought by a vintage bike collector named Mark Upham in 2008. IN 2013 it launched the SS100 which showed that new line-up of Brough Superior bikes would stay true to their roots.
A sketch of bike which Aston Martin is producing with Brough Superior has already been released. The sketch gives away nothing except a very rough outline of the bike. But the design does look futuristic and could well be an all-electric bike given Aston Martin’s interest in electric technology.
