Audi A3 has been found doing test rounds on Indian soil for an umpteen number of times. Now finally, the Audi India teased A3 sedan for Indian shores via its official bay. Though the Ingolstadt based carmaker had teased the vehicle a day before too in an image, but recently, another image of same came to us from the official Facebook and Twitter account of Audi India.
Well, to the last image, it was captioned, “The most stylish celebrations are about to become even more irresistible” with the “Coming Soon” tag entailed to it. And on the earlier one, “The most stylish celebration of the festive season – Coming Soon” is captioned.
Though, both the images clearly hints A3 sedan in the flick, but the engine specification remains a myth. However, our guesses are on, one can select their choice of mills from the one that are on sale by Audi abroad.
- 1.4 TFSI (Petrol) 140PS
- 1.8 TFSI (Petrol) 180PS
- 1.6TDi (Diesel) 105PS
- 2.0TDi (Diesel) 150PS
And needed to mention, it will be interesting to see what the price tag Audi is going to put on it, because the four-ringed carmaker doesn’t has any hatchback here in India, and it is the A3 sedan which the carmaker is betting heavily to take on the stride with Mercedes-Benz A-Class and BMW 1 Series.
