Audi, in this model, has tried to achieve the performance required to match the needs of daily driving with its 177bhp 2.0 TDI, 1968 cc engine, and can be arguably said that, with its light weight, front wheel drive and the standard six-speed maual box, the car has a distinct advantage over other cars in its segment. The Audi A6 can reach from 0 to 100 kmph in under 6 seconds, peaking to 250 kmph.
Premium Technology – Fuel Economy:
The new Audi A6 Saloon 2.0 Tdi comes to you laden with premium technology, and a very skilfully built lightweight body shell, this owing to the usage of a high proportion of aluminium components. Intuitive and easy-to-use range of assistance and multimedia systems further adds to the features. The car has been tested in a coast-to-coast drive and the automakers claim that the saloon would operate at a highly commendable efficiency figure of 18.9 kmpl, on Indian roads. Analysts feel that this might have been achieved due to ‘Audi Ultra’, the manufacturers’ new lightweight and hybrid bodyshell technology. Also, the lower emission levels of the car, is in line with its commitment towards the environment.

The exteriors of this car, with its aggressive looks, indeed catch your eye, with its straight line and neat cuts. Adding to the beauty are alloy wheels, frontal fog lights, power adjustable exterior rear view mirrors, rain sensing wipers, rear window washer and defogger to name a few. The Audi A6 Saloon 2.0 Tdi has been priced at Rs. 37.7 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) and is already available at Audi dealerships.
