The Audi e-tron electric SUV unveiling has been postponed due to the postponement of the Audi Summit in Brussels. The car was slated to be unveiled at this event.
The postponement comes in the wake of Audi CEO Rupert Stadler getting arrested in charges of fraud and false advertising a week ago. Officially Audi has pinned the blame for the delay on ‘organizational issues.’
The summit is most likely to be rescheduled and will probably be held in the US. The e-tron electric SUV, when launched, would go up against the likes of Jaguar I-Pace, the BMW iX3 and the Mercedes-Benz EQC.
