Audi India, a German automobile manufacturer acknowledging the box office success of Bollywood flick Bodyguard, has presented Audi Q7 Sport Utility Vehicle to actor Salman Khan in Mumbai. After he was handed over the sleek white Q7 by Michael Perschke, Audi India Head at function at Hotel Taj Land End, Salman said to reporters that he is happy and appreciate and thank Audi for providing him this wonderful car. It is quite beautiful and have used in Bodyguard and now in real life as well. The Audi Q7 was widely used by Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor in Bodyguard movie, which emerged as one of the highest grosser of Bollywood in 2011.
Referring to quite a few of mishaps involving his cars, Salman said that “Mere Gaadi ke experience woh wale bahut rahe hai”. Salman also said Katrina Kaif and his co-actress has similar Audi model. A person was killed, while other four sleeping on footpath in suburban Bandra were injured when Toyota Land Cruiser of Dabangg actor allegedly rammed into bakery in the month of September 2002.
