Audi in the league to strengthen after sales service in India has opened a technical centre in Mumbai.
Inauguration was carried by Ulli Seyfferth, Head of Technical Service.
This new technical centre of Audi India will aid the German automaker to study a pattern of luxury cars usage in the market. A deep perception with regards to peculiarities and preferences of the local audience will lend Audi to stern its services and products in this country. In addition, Audi Technical Centre will also support service advisors across in guiding them where to focus for making the efficiency and professionalism better to do a quality job.
Audi India presently sells 15 models ranging from A3 compact sedan to the top-end sportscar R8 LMX, with presence in more than 30 cities.
Commenting at the inauguration, Joe King, Head of Audi India said, Customer delight remained at the core of Audi for its Customer Centric strategy. The same has also remained an important tool for Audi’s success. Customers are promised for a service of lifetime experience when they choose to buy an Audi. Audi Technical Service Centre will just serve that purpose in a better way.
