Audi RS7, the sportsback of Ingolstadt based carmaker from Germany received a mild facelift.
Front grille is reworked with a slightly more structured bumper, bringing it in line with the new Audi A7 that was revealed a week back.
However, the LED headlamps are also faced with the changes, were made it darker to be suitably differentiated than that of the existing version. Matrix headlamps will be optional on the new RS7.
Other cosmetics sweeps new enclosure for tail lamps, as well as the 20-inch wheels got redesigned.
Moving inside, the interiors were given the new feel with the modified instruments cluster, shift paddles and altered controls for the air vents. Under hoods, it continues to run the same turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 direct injection petrol engine as before in the same state of tune of 552bhp.
Traction is provided to all the wheels via a standard eight speed automatic gearbox via Audi’s Torsen torque sensing four wheel drive system. The timing too remains intact, with recording of 0-100kph in just 3.9sec, and the top speed of 255kmph remained restricted to keep in control, which can be notched to 280kph or 305kph with due to optional “Dynamic” package for going insane.
