Bentley Motors today revealed its new member of its Continental GT lineup, the Bentley Continental GT V8 S for the first time in Middle East. Unveiled at Qatar Auto Show, this new Bentley is build on V8 platform for delivering sportier and sleeker feel and look and enhanced performance. It will officially go on sale across the region in April this year. The introduction of Bentley Continental took place the after Al Wajba Motors, sole distributor of Bentley in Qatar announced the opening of its new Bentley Showroom in Doha, further reinforcing the renowned luxury brand’s presence in the state. Kevin Rose, Member of the Board for Sales & Marketing said the automaker has enjoyed remarkable success across Middle East in recent years and the region is one of the most valued international markets.
The Bentley Continental GT V8 S is an exciting addition to the company’s range of models and we are confident that it will be a favorite against drivers, thanks to improved performance and sportier stance. Offered in both convertible and coupe forms, it is equipped with an upgraded version of the company’s 4.0 liter twin-turbocharged powerplant, which is good for producing 521 horsepower with 502 pound feet of torque, in addition to an array of new interior and exterior features and careful suspension enhancements. The GT V8 S features lower body styling and lowered suspension, which also includes subtle rear diffuser finished n Beluga gloss, discrete side sills and sharp front splitter. Its 20 inch signature wheels are distinctive to S models with open spoke design, which unveils red painted, unique brake calipers.
