The race to the top hasn’t settled yet. The luxury carmaker BMW India opened its second showroom in the state of Andhra Pradesh at Vijayawada. The dealership holds the signage of KUN Exclusive underneath based at Plot number 5, APIIC IALA, Old NH5, Capital Region.
The sales floor is spawned across 18,500 sq ft inclusive of an after-sales service workshop.
The operation here is taken charge by Gautham Gudigopuram, MD, KUN Exclusive. The same chain of dealership also has another outlet at Hyderabad in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
The Kun Exclusive of Vijayawada is the 39th outlet of BMW in this country, where it wished to stretch up to 50 by the end of 2015.
Talking about this KUN Exclusive outlet of Vijayawada, the floor can accommodate 4 cars at a time (indoors) inclusive of ‘Special Display’ facility that would feature high-end models. There is also a Lifestyle Section entitled to accessories for BMW fans. Moving to the workshop, there are 3 service bays including mechanical, body and paint stations, where they can serve 100 cars a month.
For the said, KUN Exclusive has hired more than 100 staff who will undergo training process at company’s training centers in Gurgaon, Singapore, Malaysia and Germany.
Commenting at the inauguration, Philipp von Sahr, President of BMW Group India said, BMW is looked upon for setting benchmarks in the country. To further push the envelope of sheer driving pleasure, it’s needed to develop and maintain such world class dealerships and production facilities backed by a motivated workforce in the country. This new outlet at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, strengthens the commitment by more notches than expected.
Echoing the same, Gautham Gudigopuram, MD, KUN Exclusive said, their association with BMW India is seven years old; in this duration both have developed a strong partnership. The inauguration of BMW’s first 4S dealership in Vijayawada had lent huge excitement to the buyer’s experience in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
