BMW India recently opened their new Bavaria Motors dealership in Goa. This dealership will bring the BMW service and sales standards as well as a similar international experience that is offered in other BMW dealer outlets. The new workshop and dealer outlet is located in Salcete, Goa, at the Verna Industrial Estate. Vishal Agarwal heads the dealership as the Managing Director of Bavaria Motors.
The President of BMW India, Dr. Andreas Schaaf, said that BMW leads in the Indian luxury car market. To maintain this leadership position, it is decisive that they develop their dealer network having international standards at key commercial centres pan India. He added that Goa was India’s smallest but fastest developing states that will play a key role in the brand’s market strategy in India.
By launching Bavaria Motors, which is their 24th plant in India, they will place new premium car standards in the market in this region, as well as provide a high quality of service to their prospects and customers in Goa as well as the Konkan region.
The new dealership is located over an 18,000 square feet area. It has a modern gallery that is integrated with a facility for after sales services that includes spare parts supply and service bays. The showroom design is bases on the Urban Street Display, a signature BMW layout and Reception at the Car concept. It includes an after sales and sales desk located close to the display area and a consultation lounge. The new showroom can stock around 8 cars at a time, whereas the workshop which includes 7 bays is capable of servicing around 28 cars a day.
Meanwhile, the MD of Bavaria Motors, Vishal Agarwal, said that BMW is one of the most coveted luxury brands, symbolizing progressive and dynamic people. They believe the foundation for their BMW India partnership is based upon bringing high values in service and sales of premium vehicles.
The new dealership will employ the services of 25 people. Like in all BMW dealerships, the new Bavaria Motors Goa will also provide intense training to their staff in managing sales, business systems, spare parts and services so as to ensure that customers receive the best in before and after sales experience of ownership. A service engineer’s team from their dealership received training from the training centres of BMW based in Germany, Malaysia and Singapore.
