The BMW M5 Competition has been launched in India at Rs.1.55 crore. The car will be sold in India through the completely built unit route.
Design wise, the BMW M5 Competition sports a few changes that can be seen on BMW M-Series models. Most prominent changes on the exterior include glossy black accents on the kidney grille, ORVMs, rear diffuser, side air vents and spoiler.
M- specific twin exhaust and M5 Competition badging. On the inside, the car gets multi-function sport seats and seat belts, leather multi-function steering wheel and red start/stop button.
Features include BMW head up display, wireless charging, Apple CarPlay support, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.25-inch infotainment system and a 600W 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. ]The BMW M5 Competition is powered by a 625HP V8, twin turbocharged petrol engine, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The car sprints from 0 to 100kmph in just 3.3 seconds.
