Mercedes Benz G63 AMG 6×6 had always flawed our radar on itself wherever it went. Now being at 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show it is being no exception to us for writing about it on our blog.
However, this time at Frankfurt the G63 6×6 AMG of Mercedes Benz had gone under the knife of Brabus and finally dwelled itself a tank of ultimate power, which will which will make its owner to rule the world whenever the when he will take it out either on the roads or on off-roads.
Finally revealing it, we got to know after tuning Brabus named the G63 AMG 6×6 as B63S-700 and had replaced its turbochargers with the two special Brabus made turbochargers, which has a large compressing unit that releases tremendous amount of boosting pressure. Engine specification is maintained the same with 5.5-litre V8 Biturbo, but its horsepower is been increased to 690bhp, which is 154bhp more than the standard vehicle, while the torque results at whopping 980Nm for eating the arid deserts in its breakfast at some fest. However, traction is retained intact as being supplied to all the six-wheels, we expect the tweaked ECU, new stainless-steel sports exhaust and cooling upgrades may also be helping the engine to wobble out more power at zest.
AMG speedshift plus 7G-Tronic automatic transmission is helping the Brabus B63S-700 to crack the 0-62mph (0-100kmph) in just 7.4 seconds, but its heavy body of 3775kg doesn’t restricting it to go off the 100mph on speedometer. 37-inch wheels on the traction are also expected of not getting the required feed from the engine to throw the vehicle at more paces. Lest, there are cosmetic changes too made on the G63 AMG 6×6 for fixing in the signature Brabus badge on it.
Dark tinted daytime running LED lights are integrated on the front bumpers, while Brabus also modified front and rear bumpers with the modified side-skirts. Bonnet is been engulfed with a scoop to show off its muscular stance to all the admirers at show, interiors continues the same cosmetic drama inside as well.
Black and red Alcantara trim extended themselves in the form of red leather for the whole of cabin. Stainless-steel scuff plates and decorative stitching on the floor, door panels and headliner complete the whole interior transformation from the military desired G63 AMG 6×6 to a luxurious Brabus B63S-700.
Hopefully, there wouldn’t be any doubt that pricing for B63S-700 will be exceeding the bar of £350,000, but nothing had been landed officially from the bay of Brabus yet. No second thought that Mercedes Benz too wouldn’t have imagined of G63 AMG 6×6 getting this much power at its bay, hence the said price-tag may justify the claim of Brabus for what calculations it had clicked at the backend of workshop.
