After seeing the Grand Sport and the Super Sport, Bugatti brings the much faster and meaner, Veyron Super Grand Sport.
Combining the goodness of Grand Sport and essentials of Super Sport model, comes the Grand Sport Vitesse. Bugatti Vitesse is the French word for ‘speed’. The Grand Sport was a convertible, while the Super Sport was the more powerful, record-breaking version of the French supercar.
The result is the most powerful factory-built roadster Everrr. Lets put it on paper. It has 1184bhp and 1105lb ft. That’s 197 horses more than what was pulling the Grand Sport. As expected, the Bugatti Vitesse has adopted the eight-litre, sixteen-cylinder, four turbochargers and ten radiator, 1200 hp engine from Super Sport and combined the open-top body style of the Grand Sport. Credit the roadster’s increased performance to the four enlarged turbochargers and intercoolers, with modified chassis to support the extra muscle.
This could simply prove to be not only the fastest roadster, but also the fastest production vehicle on four. Meanwhile, Bugatti plans to unveil the Grand Sport Vitesse at the Geneva Motor show in a few weeks.
