General Motors revealed two products called Chevrolet MPV and Chevrolet Sail Hatchback, brought in from joint venture partner SAIC’s portfolio. Both models will be introduced in the market later in 2012 and GM hasn’t revealed the specifications. The questions around tech specifications and branding will be answered closer to introduction. The Sail Hatchback is designed and engineered for emerging markets and comes equipped with Smartech petrol and diesel powerplants. It competes in mini category, one of the most complicated small car segments of the world. The all new Chevrolet MPV was designed for those seeking style and space and comfortable seating for seven passengers. Both models are just the beginning of slew of introductions in coming two years.
