Last month we bought you the news that Renault’s Romanian brand, Dacia may bring it’s MPV to India.
Lodgy is the name of the MPV of the Romanian brand, fortunately so is the space inside this car. It is 4.5m long and is based on the stretched Duster platform. India will be seeing this car as a seven-seater MPV, housing the 1.5-litre dCI engine that powers all the Renault diesels assembled in India.
However, the French carmaker, Renault intends to consolidate the Indian line-up first with the Pulse sedan coming later this year. We can only expect this Lodgy MPV by 2015 or 2016.
