Datsun Cross To Be Unveiled On 18th January

Datsun has finally announced the official unveiling date of the Go Cross. The car will be unveiled on 18th January in Jakarta Indonesia. The production version of the Datsun Cross has been christened the ‘Cross’ and not ‘Go Cross’.

Only one official image of the car has been released so far and from that we can make out the car’s frontal styling. The Cross carries the headlight design of the concept car. We can also make out the LED daytime running lights, projector headlamps and the body cladding running along the side of the car. As far as the interior of the car is concerned, we don’t know much about it. But there is talk of it being an all black interior with touchscreen infotainment.

In Indonesia, the Cross will be powered by a 1.2-liter three-cylinder, petrol engine capable of churning out a max power of 68HP and a peak torque of 104Nm. The engine will come mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. A CVT gearbox will also be on offer.
