The limited edition Datsun GO NXT has been launched in India today. Based on the Datsun GO T, the GO NXT will come with extended accessories and will be for sale from this month till December this year. The price for this limited edition Datsun has been kept at Rs.4.09 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
What makes the Datsun GO NXT a limited edition car is the fact that only 1000 units of this will be produced eventually and will be put up for sale across 196 Datsun outlets in India. The coolest thing about the GO NXT is the fact that it comes with accessories worth Rs.20,000, but the car will cost only Rs.5000 more than the Datsun GO T. The GO NXT comes with features such as reverse parking sensors, central remote locking, side mountings etc. On the inside, the GO NXT dashboard gets a black piano finish, which is eerily similar to the new Nissan Micra.
Major features of the car remain same. It is still powered by a 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine with 68PS of peak output and 104Nm of peak torque. Power to the wheels is sent through a five-speed manual gearbox. Mileage figure for the Datsun GO NXT remains at 20.63kmpl.
