DC Avanti, that good looking Indian sportscar designed by the famous Indian car designer Dilip Chhabria, is spied testing recently at Mumbai-Pune expressway.
The car was wholly covered in camouflages, and was looking production ready.
DC had also unveiled the same production ready version at the Delhi Auto Expo 2014.
Power to it comes from a 2.0L Ford EcoBoost engine that sends 250 hp and 360 Nm of torque to the wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. It attends 0-100km/k in a mere 6 seconds.
DC Avanti weighs 1,580 kg and has a ground clearance of 170 mm. Further technical specifications are not yet announced by the company.
Launch date is not confirmed yet, but anyways, when out in showroom price tag would fling approximately between Rs 25-30 lakhs.
Comparatively the production ready version receives foglights infused into headlamp clusters, and winglets on the bonnet provided to improve aerodynamics of the car.
