During the period under review (April 2013), the company managed to sell around 19,446 vehicle units of DZire and lost out by only 400 vehicle units to even swept over the sale facts of Alto that has been India’s top selling car for more than a decade at the moment.
It should be noted that the month of April (2013) was previously declared as a hard-hitting period for the DZire as it was provided with a harsh rivalry by the freshly introduced Honda Amaze at that point of time.
