Arabs love supercars immensely, but hadn’t made a one, except the recently launched W Motors Lykan Hypersports from Lebanon.
Hopefully, the oil rich Sheikhs, now seemed getting cautious on the said note, so at least for the namesake, the Dubai Roadster that had appeared in images on internet could be found posing as a super model of the oil rich land.
Apparently, to be introduced at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show, it remains a creative work of an unnamed Emirati racer.
Dubai Roadster is designed perfect on aerodynamics, and got those glamorous designing cues even after standing tall on the technical oriented gimmicks. Aggressive front bumper, a ventilated hood and LED headlights to name them. The rear wing and stylish rollover bars connected to form a mounting point for the third brake light are literally impeccable.
For interiors, nothing much can be spilled off from the packet, but minute sneak peek revealed, the model to have sport seats, gold trim and a flat-bottomed steering wheel with an integrated digital display.
As the Dubai Roadster is pitted against BAC Mono and KTM X-Bow, it is based on a chromoly tubular chassis weighing less than 750 kg (1653 lbs).
And about technical specifications, it is apparently to be powered by a transversely mounted V8 engine worth of 400 bhp (298 kW).
