Fiat Avventura isn’t having enough of the season. In a league to make a big bash at the festive season launch, the Fiat Punto based crossover Avventura is snapped one more time.
The test mule is draped in heavy dose of camouflages, with the spare wheel on its duty too. The spotted vehicle was snapped near Fiat’s manufacturing plant in Pune.
Hopefully, it is speculated that this new Fiat will be launched during the September-October period of this year.
Alongside the Avventura, in the recent past, the Punto facelift was also found doing the testing activity at its best.
It can be taken into consideration, both these vehicles are sounding great importance to the Fiat for winning back the hearts of Indians, except it is currently enjoying the goodwill for the 1.3-liter Multijet diesel engine on a large scale.
Cosmetically the facelifted Punto will be having as cosmetic makeover only with the changes to be made on outers and as well as interiors, bringing it to the same cadre of recently launched Fiat Linea facelift. Under the hoods the existing powertrains namely 1.2- and 1.4-liter petrol and 1.3-liter diesel in two power states shall be on duty.
In fact, the choices of engines for Avventura remain undisclosed. Interestingly, the Avventura concept had a six-speed manual transmission at the Auto Expo.
