Fiat Linea Classic was there in the hype of media for last some time, which is said to be of utmost importance for the Fiat to excel on Indian shores. Lest, Linea Classic is the trimmed down version of Linea which is done to target the larger pool of customer base, where pricing is said to do the main sort of job for the Italian carmaker.
However, making you understand, the ‘Linea Classic’ to Fiat is something what the ‘Micra Active’ to Nissan.

Looking at the images, it can be confirmed, fog lamps will be minussed on the Linea Classic. Meanwhile, the (expensive) features like climate control, the Blue&Me, Steering mounted audio controls, and power windows in the rear will not be seen on this new vehicle.
Hopefully, Fiat Linea Classic will use the both, petrol as well as diesel engines options. Petrol engine the 1.4L naturally aspirated will be pulling out the power of 89bhp and 115 Nm of torque. The diesel engine is said to be everyone’s favourite 1.3L Multijet. And both of the units will be mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox.
At the launch Fiat will price the Linea Classic aggressively against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire, Ford Classic and Toyota Etios majorly.
