Creating headlines has become a recent trend of Force Motors. This branded manufacturer of commercial vehicles had just in the month of August 2011 entered into the segment of passenger cars with its 4WD SUV, the Force One. Information received by Indian Drives shows that Force Motors is going to bring in two additional variants of its Force One SUV to the Delhi Auto Expo 2012. Force has acquired a significant reputation in the segment of commercial vehicles, and its one offering in the passenger vehicle category is not obviously going to wipe out this hard-earned reputation. Hence, the Delhi Auto Expo is going to witness having a seating capacity of 16 to 18 passengers in one whereas the second vehicle is going to be a 26 seater. Sometime back, the auto maker had committed to come out with a 4X4 version of its Force One SUV but had ultimately settled to launching the 4X2 variant only.
Consumers of Force Motors may have forgotten this commitment, but the auto manufacturer still remembers it. It is one company that believes in keeping its promises in an efficient manner. As per information received, Force Motors is bringing in two additional variants of its Force One SUV to showcase at the Delhi Auto Expo 2012. The fact is known to all that Force Motors has worked tirelessly to bring down its production costs for providing its consumers an economic pricing for the Force One SUV. However, in doing so, Force Motors missed out on providing certain key features, which are expected to be provided in an SUV. One of the most essential features like the anti-lock brake system has not been included also. But, as it has been mentioned, the auto maker has intentions of introducing a latest variant that is going to have all these additional features. It is expected that this new variant is going to come in sooner rather than later. The two new variants that Force Motors is bringing to the Delhi Auto hold the promise of being quite interesting.
The Force One has already secured a reputation of having incredible road presence thanks, mainly to its impressive personality. It has sourced its 2.5L Diesel engine from Daimler AG. The engine is capable of providing the 4WD SUV a maximum power of 140Bhp with a really impressive peak torque 315Nm. If the two variants live up to the expectation that the auto experts have from them, the SUV segment is definitely going to witness some serious competition in the near future. Market analysts as well as consumers will be interested to know the result of this competition and to see whether Force One is going to win the battle over its rivals, including the Mahindra XUV500.
