Formula E cars are said to be set for public demonstration by this month. These cars are all new electronic Formula E cars that will be demonstrated on 6th January in Las Vegas. The car that will be driven by Lucas Di Grassi, the Formula One driver, is the Spark Renault SRT_01E. The car is a single-seater and will be showcased at the Mandalay Bay in the South Eastern Parking Lot. The event is expected to start around 15:15 PST and will be attended by the lead owner of electric series and Boston Celtics, Wyc Grousbeck and the Formula E CEO, Alejandro Agag.
Formula E season will be inaugurated during September 2014 and will end by June 2015. There are a total of ten events that will be held in different places around the world. The locations for the events are United States, China, Malaysia, Germany, Monaco, United Kingdom, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. In the new series, there will be a total of ten teams that will be competing, having teams like Virgin Racing, Venturi Grand Prix, Drayson Racing, ABT Sportsline, Dragon Racing, China Racing, Mahindra, Super Aguri, Andretti Autosport and e.dams.
