Honda is quite on the verge of shining with its new diesel jag, and to fuel that aspirations Amaze will provide a brilliant platform in the category.
Honda doesn’t spends much on the advertisement, and in spite of such lacking it still manages to grab a good amount of market share without any negotiations on premium-marked price tag. The upcoming newbie Amaze also looks forward in that same direction which is being followed by its predecessors.
Making the clutter more clear, Brio based compact sedan-Amaze is spied by Team BHP and this time they managed to shot every clinching angle without even dropping interiors from their list.
As per the images, it seems that this compact sedan had started reaching dealerships. The spotted model is a top end variant being named under VX moniker. On comparison with Brio, the wheelbase of Amaze looks more enhanced and settled as providing ample of legroom on rear. Dashboard and instrument cluster is borrowed from the younger sibling itself.
For keeping the costs under check, parts sharing between Amaze and Brio is meant to be an undoubted trait. Headrest too is assimilated with seat for settling the bespoken costing reason. Steering shots revealed about the audio control and airbags whilst of twin SRS airbags, ABS and EBD as a standard cladding on the high end notch.
Engine specifications terms frugal for 1.2 liter i-VTEC petrol and 1.5 liter i-DTEC turbo diesel, being assimilated by 5 speed manual as well as automatic transmission. However, petrol will also derive an automatic gearbox as a standard feature inclusive of ‘manual’ standards for both the fuel options.
Lately, we also got to know that Amaze top end is done without the climate control. Henceforth, Japanese must look into those fining details because Tata Manza and Swift Dezire are vying markets with their so called precision which sometimes had to be observed very carefully.
Amaze is slated to launch on 11th April 2013!
