Honda has showcased its new Honda Civic sedan at the Auto Expo in India giving rise to speculation that the company is looking to launch the car here in the country.
Globally, the Civic is offered with a host of engine options – 1.5-litre i-VTEC Turbo engine and 2.0-litre i-VTEC, 16-valve, port-injected, inline 4-cylinder engine. There are also the 3-cylinder, 1.0-litre i-VTEC Turbo petrol engine and 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine in the European markets.
Design wise, the Civic has a sporty body with stylish LED headlights, bold lines and alloy wheels. In many ways the Civic may remind you of the Honda Accord since they both have a similar appearance.
