A face-lifted version of the elegant saloon-Honda Accord will soon be launched in the Indian market place by Honda Siel Cars India. The latest offering is not billed as the next big thing but is a minor facelift to cope up with the latest demand. The updated version will see an improvement in its re-styled wheels, interior styling, enhanced exteriors and improved fuel economy.
A new styled grille in the front will be the latest on the aesthetic side of the face-lifting along with the new wheel design, rear deck lid and the bumpers. The 2011 Accord, depending upon the model, will sport a 16-17 inch alloy wheels. Improvement in the interiors will include a better designed instrument panel. To make the usage easy for the driver the climate-control buttons are positioned a tad closer. No changes in the mechanicals of the new Accord are expected, with the engine being the same old 3.5 liter V6 271 bhp and the 2.4 liter 177bhp.
