The Honda Navi, although quite unconventional looking for a scooty, has generated interest among Indian buyers and have already sold more than 60,000 units.
But in a recent chat with Indian Autos Blog, Mr. YS Guleria, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd, revealed that the company would be launching a few more variants of the Navi. Honda had showcased a few Navi variants at the last Indian Auto Expo. It is likely that some of them would make it to the market soon.
The Honda Navi is powered by the same 109.19 cc sourced from the Honda Activa is coupled to a V-matic gearbox. The engine is capable of producing 8 bhp of maximum power at 7,000 rpm and 8.96 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The Navi tips the scales at 101kg and has a 3.8-litre fuel tank.
