A new facelifted version of the Hyundai Creta SUV has been launched by Hyundai with a starting price of Rs.9.44 lakhs. The car has been made available in five trims and three engine options with the top spec SX (O) MT diesel carrying a price tag of Rs.15.04 lakhs.
The new Creta looks different from the outgoing model with its larger grille with chrome inserts, bigger front bumper, separate housing for fog lamps and a modified rear bumper. On the inside, differences are less. Design of the dash board remains unchanged. Features include dual front airbags, ABS, 17-inch alloy wheels, projector headlamps, cruise control and the AVN infotainment system with an IPS display.
As we said earlier, the car will be made available in three different engine options – a 90hp, 1.4-litre diesel; a 123hp, 1.6-litre petrol; and a 128hp, 1.6-litre diesel. Transmission options include six-speed manual and six-speed torque converter automatic.
