Slowly and silently making its way into India, Isuzu Motors is reported of inaugurating a showroom in Kolkata yesterday. Mr. Shigeru Wakabayashi, Deputy Managing Director, Isuzu Motors India and Mr. Mashide Izawa, Vice President, After-sales and Quality Assurance, Isuzu Motors India along with Mr. Sandip Bajaj, Dealer Principal were seen at the venue.
The dealership named MohanMotor ISUZU is the first in East India, and seemed to have created an awareness of its presence in the region by hosting celebration for the arrival of vehicles from 3rd edition of Isuzu “Max Run Challenge”.
The Max Run was flagged off in Lucknow on June 8, 2015, and was flagged-in yesterday at Kolkata after clocking a remarkable fuel-efficiency of 20.42kmpl on the run of 1033kms between the two cities, served the distance with 50.58 litres of fuel.
Speaking at the launch, Shigeru Wakabayashi, Deputy Managing Director, Isuzu Motors India commented that progress in expansion of Isuzu network is quite deliberating to talk about. Mohanmotor Isuzu in Kolkata will offer the access to entire region and its neighbourhood.
The dealership of Kolkata is located at Ecosuite Business Tower, 1st Floor, Plot II, D/22 Action Area –II, New town Street No 676 and 775, Rajarhat, Kolkata – 700156. Mohanmotor Isuzu being located at the heart of commercial center that caters to Eastern and North Eastern India will offer a good base for the Japanese carmaker to surge forward.
