The Seltos will be Kia’s first product in India. It will be launched on 22 nd August. After that Kia is planning to bring the Kia Carnival MPV to India. We have confirmation that the Kia Carnival would be launched here sometime in early 2020.
The car might also be showcased at the 2020 Auto Expo. Kia will market the Carnival as an alternative to the Toyota Innova Crysta. In terms of dimension, the Carnival MPV longer than the Innova Crysta by a good 380mm and wider by 155mm. With this big size, the Carnival can be configured as a seven, eight and even eleven seater MPV.
Bigger size also means more leg rooms for the third row of passengers and more luggage space. It would get things like Kia’s UVO Connect in-car connectivity suite, a large touchscreen infotainment system, power adjustable driver’s seat, three-way climate control and two sunroofs.
