KTM Duke 250 BS6 Launched With LED Headlamps In India At Rs 2.09 Lakh

KTM, India’s fastest growing premium motorcycle brand, has upgraded the KTM 250 DUKE. The quarter-liter champion has been a strong player in the performance motorcycle segment since its launch. KTM India has launched the Duke 250 BS6 motorcycle in the Indian market. The new (2020) KTM Duke 250 BS6 is offered with a price tag of Rs 2.09 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi). Apart from the BS6-compliant engine update, KTM has also introduced a number of new features on the 2020 Duke 250 as well.

The new Duke 250 now comes with a new set of LED headlamps, along with LED DRLs, with a design similar to that of its larger sibling, the Duke 390. KTM has also introduced the Duke 250 with dual-channel ABS with SuperMoto mode. This mode allows the Duke 250 to completely switch off the ABS on the rear wheels at the press of a button.

KTM Duke 250 also include the two new paint schemes: Dark Galvano and Silver Metallic. Both colour options also come with slightly updated body graphics, which further enhances the sporty, aggressive and sharp design of the motorcycle.

The new (2020) KTM Duke 250 motorcycle is now powered by an updated version of the same 248cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. It produces 29.6bhp at 9000rpm and 24Nm of peak torque at 7500rpm and is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

Apart from the above changes, most other aspects of the new KTM Duke 250 remains unchanged from its predecessor. The quarter-litre motorcycle continues to use WP suspension at both ends, this includes 43mm USD forks at the front and a 10-step adjustable mono-shock setup at the rear. Bookings for the BS6-compliant KTM Duke 250 is now open either online or across all dealerships in India. Deliveries of the motorcycle are expected to begin very soon.
