With the brouhaha going on everyday in newspapers and media that India still has to go a long way to eradicate its poverty, things like Lamborghinis still manage to get launched here! It isn’t doubtful that the new Lamborghini launched in India is the “Huracan” that was unveiled at Geneva Motor Show this year during March.
Lamborghini priced Huracan, the replacement of Gallardo, for Rs 3.43 crore ex-showroom Delhi.
Categorized as mid-engined sports car, Huracan to be sold throughout will be manufactured at its home in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy.
On the technical front, this supercar is powered by Gallardo’s retuned version of 5.2-liter V10 engine pumping the hell out of heart with 610 PS (601.4 bhp) at 8,250 rpm and 560 Nm of torque. This lot of frenzy power is sent to all the wheels via 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The pinnacle of whole gist, 0-100 km/h is clocked in 3.2 seconds whereas the 0-200 km/h comes in 9.9 seconds. Three driving modes offered through ANIMA switch on steering wheel. The chassis is made of carbon fiber for better handling, stiffness and weight reduction.
Hence, the company had said to have deployed this car as per the Indian road conditions.
