Though whatever the numbers that XUV may be drawing, Scorpio still holds its prime market as being priced lower than the elder sibling. It was going the same way for years, which was in a tremendous need to be tweaked enough for standing competitively in this hi-tech competition. To get the stride in its way, Mahindra did minor interior changes lest of the technical ones.

It features ABS, Voice Assist System, electronically adjusted ORVMs, keyless entry (with immobilizer), power windows, HVAC with rear vents, defogger, rear wiper, arm rest for second row seating, central locking, moulded door pads and body colored claddings, along with others changes.
However, the advancement is not limited to these components, as a voice-messaging system is also embedded which informs about open doors, engaged handbrake etc. As said above, new 4×4 carries the same 2.2 liter mHawk turbo charged diesel jag in its bay that retards 120 bhp and 290 Nm of torque.
Scorpio SLE 4×4 is competitively priced at Rs. 10.72 lakh(ex-showroom Bangalore), that also being lugged with Shift-On-Fly switch for ruling off-road terrains just like the new alterrain Ford Endeavour does.
