The next-generation Mahindra Thar has been spotted testing and will be announced soon.
Mahindra has made grand plans of giving a fitting send off to the first generation Thar and it plans to launch a Signature edition to mark the end of production of the first-gen Thar. Only 700 units of the Thar Signature Edition will be built and it would come with the 2.5-liter CRDe engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
The car will be made available in two different color schemes – Napoli Black and Aqua Marine. Five-spoke 15-inch alloy wheels will be exclusive to this edition of Thar. On the inside, the Signature Thar would be bigger, wider and more spacious.
