After releasing sketches of the TUV 300, Mahindra has now announced that they will launch the car in the Indian market on 10th of next month. Since the sketches were released by Mahindra, the TUV 300 has spied several times while undergoing tests. From those pictures it is clear that it is going to be a sub four-meter and its design has been influenced somewhat by the Mahindra Bolero.
The front of the TUV 300 is basically a redesigned Bolero. Once launched the TUV 300 with take on the likes of Ford Ecosport, Hyundai Creta, Renault Duster etc. Other features that can be seen in the Mahindra TUV 300 include straight roofline, square wheel arches, alloy wheels as well as short overhangs. Not much is known about what would be inside the TUV 300, but it is believed that it would come with all the standard features of the Mahindra Scorpio as well as some features from the XUV 500. The TUV 300 is expected to be a seven-seater SUV with two jump seats at the back.
The car will most likely use the mHawk series of engines built by Mahindra. But different variant may come with different versions of the mHawk engine.
