Mahindra XUV500 received new colours for keeping the spirit alive of Cheetah-inspired SUV during the summer. The mid-variant W6 received Satin White and Dolphin Grey colours, whereas the lastly launched ‘new entry-level W4’ receives Dolphin Grey as a new shade after being sold only in black and white colour till the time.
Top of the line trim XUV500 W8 gets additional Artic Blue and Opulent Purple options in the list.
Apart from the cosmetic makeover, Mahindra XUV500 remains intact under the hoods with the 2.2-litre 16V mHawk diesel engine.
Hopefully, the brand has nothing new to offer in the coming times, except that Scorpio facelift and that compact SUV of XUV badge which are still a faraway; we think these new cosmetic tinkles will better the situation for the carmaker to get his position right in the competition.
