The hearsayregarding a latest price-cut edition of Mahindra XUV500 is doing the rounds all around for more thantwelve months now, and currently a firm’s top executive has given confirmation that there will be a reasonably priced edition of the most popular vehicle, XUV500.
The top executive also stated that there will be a more priceyoption of the XUV500 in the domestic market as well.
While talking to media persons, Mr. PawanGoenka, President of Farm Equipment and automotive sections of the company also stated that there will also be a more costlyvariant of the popular vehicle.
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has proposal to reinstatea few of its aged models in addition, but that must happen in the coming4 to 5 years, before that there will be a few facelifts to keep flourishing. The company will also concentrate on rolling out new edition of its subsisting array, confirmed Mr.Goenka.
The well known auto giant already has a hugearray in the utility vehicle sectionbeginning from Bolero, which is M&M’s most budget vehicle, whilst Mahindra XUV500 is the most high-priced one.
While talking on launching novel products, he said, “There is no possibility for one more product. If we roll out aninnovative product, we will be substituting a subsisting one, otherwise we are crowding it too much,” he said.
He also stated, “Now that the pipeline is jam-packed, we are moving into the product lifecycle (the life period of any creation).”
Explicating the firm’s approach for the coming 4-5 years, he stated that the majority of the M&M’s vehicles are likely to accompany a pattern that consists of a minor revive in the coming 2 years, a big one in 4 years and an overall alteration in 8 years thus far.
But, Mr. Goneka has not specified the modifications, the said affordable and more costlyedition of the firm’s flagship product XUV500, we are anticipating the price-cut edition to have lesser characteristics whereas the more costly to have a few more comprising an automatic transmission gear case.
