Launched in 2007 Zen Estilo was the replacement of Zen. But looking at the discontinuing decision of same, it seems the low-profile sales figure of it made the carmaker Maruti to axe it down from the repertoire in India.
However, the car had also undergone re-styling in 2009, that doesn’t seem working anything good for Maruti on Zen Estilo presently.
Powered by a 1.0 liter K 10 petrol engine, the Estilo managed to clock only 850 units during the last fiscal year, which counts to be a ‘rubbish figure’ when one would look into the sales of other Maruti badges.
Well, now one can understand the Maruti does also know what is good and what’s bad for them. Hope so may derive a replacement in its place soon.
