Maruti has just launched a CNG variant of its much popular Ertiga MPV. The CNG Ertiga has been priced at Rs.8.80 lakhs while the Ertiga CNG Tour has been priced at Rs.8.83 lakhs. Compared to the standard Ertiga’s VXi variant, the Ertiga costs about Rs.71000 more. Both the variant gets fitted with a 10.86kg CNG tank under the luggage bay.
The mileage claimed in the CNG variant is 26.2km/kg. Features in the both the CNG variants include things like front and rear power windows, power steering, remote central locking, dual front airbags, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, coloured MID, an audio system with AUX, seatbelt reminder, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, four speakers, first and second row 12V power outlets and steering-mounted audio and call controls,.
