Just two years ago Europe was a very strong destination for our firm. We have arranged our strategy for export in accordance with the changed situations of the export markets we deal with. The markets for our products have shifted in a significant way from Europe to the countries which are Non-European. With the mark of Suzuki Celerio and Suzuki Alto the A-Star has been doing pretty well in the international automobile market of the globe. We have also worked our way to identify the alternative markets of Non-European countries as well. This particular strategy has worked completely in the favour of the firm and also helped in retaining the export volume after the European countries decided to withdraw the incentives which were scrappaged. We are glad that vehicles manufactured at the Maruti Suzuki India have received excellent customer acceptance in the markets of overseas automobile sectors.”
