A teaser image of the upcoming McLaren 720S Spider has been revealed before its official unveiling on December 8th . Along with the 570S Spider, it would be the second convertible model in McLaren’s current line up.
From the teaser it seems, the new 720S Spider will more or less have the same design as the standard car and continue McLaren’s tradition of sticking to hard top convertible by not switching to fabric. This means the car will heavier than the standard car because of the convertible mechanism.
It will be powered by the same twin-turbo 710HP V8 engine which would make to do zero to 100kmph in just 2.5 seconds.
