The showroom is spread over 20,000 sq.ft and Mercedes-Benz invested an amount of over Rs 5-crore and a construction time of six-months. This luxury car showroom, located at industrial hub of Indore at Devas Naka, will incorporate sales, service and spare parts for Mercedes-Benz cars in India. Apart from this, the showroom also houses special accessory zones and Mercedes Benz café that serves as an exclusive customer lounge. The new facility also offers Drive-in valet service, engaging audio-visual presentations and boutique collection.
Mercedes-Benz wants to give the customers a one-stop experience with dedicated service for insurance, car loans and even car-leasing options. Benchmark Cars Indore has employed over 20 dedicated qualified professionals to handle sales, after-sales and service. Also assisting will be a workshop with 11bays, where 10 cars can be serviced at a time, including general repairs and accident jobs.
