Being only a year old after setting its foot in India, Pajero Sport is rolled out by Mitsubishi under an Anniversary Edition badge.
Anniversary Edition will mark the one year completion of Japanese off-roader with additional features like touch screen multimedia infotainment system with GPS navigation, rear view camera, rear spoiler, body colored bumpers, mud guards and a dedicated ‘Anniversary Edition decal’ placed on the tailgate.
In addition, the Pajero Sport Anniversary Edition is offered in the 4×4 version, but one can switch it to 4×2 as well in order to gain a better fuel economy and also the terrain chosen to drive.
The carmaker manufactures this vehicle at Hindustan Motors Tiruvallur plant in Chennai and powers it with a 2.5 litre diesel engine that is capable of churning out 178 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. A 5 speed manual transmission is married to engine to pass the traction on all wheels.
